Comunicado

De conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 37 LGCP, se establece que:

“…En la decisión inicial de proyectos de obra se deberán indicar… y la estrategia de comunicación que se utilizará con la comunidad en la cual se desarrollará el proyecto, aspectos de la posterior ejecución tales como objeto, plazo de inicio y finalización, costo del proyecto, contratista, encargados de la inspección de la obra y el medio efectivo para comunicarse con la entidad que promueve el concurso…”.

En el artículo 172, inciso f) RLGCP:

“…En la decisión inicial del proyecto de una obra pública se deberá incorporar el plan de comunicación que se utilizará en la comunidad receptora del proyecto. Dicho Plan abarcará aspectos de la posterior ejecución tales como objeto, plazo de inicio y finalización estimada, plazo de inicio y finalización estimada, tipo de actividades o servicios de evaluación de la conformidad, norma técnica aplicable, condiciones básicas, así como la identificación del entre acreditado y su número de acreditación, costo del proyecto, parámetros de calidad, contratista a cargo, subcontratistas, encargados de la inspección de obra y el medio efectivo para la comunicarse con la Administración.

Para tales efectos, la información sobre el proyecto y el avance de la obra deberá constar en el sitio web de la respectiva Administración licitante y se indicará la dirección de correo electrónico del responsable de la comunicación o el medio en el cual se brindará información al público. El plan de comunicación se completará con la información respectiva una vez firme la adjudicación y se actualizará mensualmente, salvo que se pacte un plazo distinto en el pliego de condiciones…”.

  • Juan Santamaría International Airport launches laboratory service for rapid COVID-19 testing

    • Passengers will receive results in approximately one hour, allowing them to fulfil entrance requirements in certain countries that require the test.
    • Laboratorios Echandi will be in charge of operating the service.

    Beginning on May 14, the Juan Santamaría International Airport, under the administration of AERIS Costa Rica, will offer a rapid testing laboratory to detect the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which causes COVID-19.

    • If travelling with a tour operator or guide, make sure that they have ICT certifications and/or the necessary operating permits.
