This is a very different, authentic part of Costa Rica. We invite you to learn about the Bribri culture, one of the largest indigenous groups in Costa Rica.

  Accommodations: Sleep in traditional homes called pa- lenques, a rural, cozy and relaxing experience. Conical palenques are rustic and environmentally friendly, in line with the Bribri cosmovision. Number of rooms: 6

Places of interest to visit
• Just 5 kilometers from our lodge, you will find La Amistad In- ternational Park, the largest in Costa Rica, which covers more than half a million hectares of primary forest, you will be taken there by a local bilingual guide.
• In the summer months, you can visit and swim in some of the five rivers that irrigate the valley: Talamanca, Yorkin, Telire, Uren, Lari, Coen, all of which flow from the Talamanca moun- tain range, clean and crystalline, all navigable.
• You can visit the artisans of the Casa de la Cultura, just 3 km from the lodge.
