Costa Rica un destino fuera de lo común

A medida que comience a investigar cosas que hacer en Costa Rica con niños, es probable que vea los mismos destinos en muchos itinerarios. Lugares destacados como el hermoso volcán Arenal, el Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio, ricos en vida silvestre, y las playas de la costa del Pacífico son los favoritos de los viajeros y rara vez defraudan. Sin embargo, si desea obtener algo fuera de lo común en Costa Rica, escaparse de las multitudes, y ver un lado un poco diferente del país, aquí hay tres lugares que debe visitar. Puerto Viejo: es una pequeña y relajada comunidad en el Caribe de Costa Rica. De fácil acceso en automóvil, está ubicada aproximadamente a unas 4 horas de San José. Puerto Viejo es el hogar de hermosas playas, lugares con encanto, y una vibrante personalidad propia. En Puerto Viejo su familia puede tener aventuras como visitar un centro de rescate de vida silvestre, un centro de rehabilitación Macaw, y visita una plantación de cacao. Y por las tardes disfrutar en una de las cinco playas de la zona y coronar un gran día en uno de los deliciosos restaurantes de propiedad local de la ciudad. El río Pacuare: tiene una extensión de cerca de 108 km y desemboca en el Caribe. El bosque que circunda el río es el hogar de especies de animales exóticos, tales como jaguares, monos y ocelotes. Pasar tiempo en este río es una oportunidad única para sumergirse con su familia en la intacta selva tropical, la cual sólo se puede acceder a través del río. Península de Osa: Pegada a la costa del Pacífico sur de Costa Rica, la Península de Osa es conocida por sus selvas protegidas, su fauna asombrosa y unas maravillosas playas vacías. La diversidad de plantas y animales, que van desde los manglares y las playas a los bosques primarios densos, hace que el viaje a la Península de Osa, valga la pena. Aquí la vida silvestre es fácil de detectar, ya que vaga libre, sin temor a los humanos, gracias a los impresionantes esfuerzos de protección y conservación de la zona.
